Nick Gabriele joined Gaudenzia in December 2025. As the Vice President of Admissions, he is responsible for the strategy, implementation and management of our 24-hour patient access center. He oversees all admissions staff, Business Development team members, and Transportation. As Part of his responsibilities, Nick coordinates with all programs to facilitate a smooth and safe patient experience.
Nick brings extensive experience leading high-volume contact centers, improving operational performance, and strengthening customer access systems. His background includes building and standing up new teams, redesigning workflows, implementing performance frameworks, and driving measurable improvements in call quality, client engagement, and service consistency. He has spent his career transforming complex access environments; spanning healthcare, recovery settings, and large-scale customer service operations.
He holds a degree in Criminal Justice from La Salle University and is known for his hands-on leadership, data-driven problem-solving, and team development. He attributes his leadership and work ethic to his time as a Sergeant in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.
