Ms. Naughton-Beck joined Gaudenzia as General Counsel in 2023. In this role, she oversees all legal matters affecting Gaudenzia, Inc. and Gaudenzia Foundation, Inc., as well as corporate compliance of agency programs and services.
Prior to joining Gaudenzia, Ms. Naughton-Beck was a practicing attorney for thirty years, representing non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, and municipal authorities in all aspects of the law. She was also seasoned litigator representing commercial property owners, developers, and homeowners in real estate, land development and liability matters.
Ms. Naughton-Beck earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. She currently serves as the Chairperson of The Community’s Foundation in Delaware County and Values Into Action, a non-profit support services organization.
Why I Work at Gaudenzia:
I served on the Drug & Alcohol Advisory Board for Delaware County for over twenty years during which time I became exposed to the complexity of addiction and challenges facing treatment. Working for Gaudenzia gives me the opportunity to use my experience and skills to help support and advance Gaudenzia’s mission of helping individuals suffering from substance use disorders confront those challenges.
