Kim Koslow, LMHC, MCAP, CTT, CAI, is a visionary leader with over two decades of experience in behavioral healthcare. Kim Koslow is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Master Certified Addiction Professional, Certified Trauma Therapist, and Certified ARISE Interventionist. As the CEO and Founder of Got Real Recovery, Kim is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families facing addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges. Kim’s motivational and spiritually grounded approach fosters healing, resilience, and transformation, offering a compassionate and supportive environment for those navigating their recovery journey.
Kim’s dedication to building community began in 2001, with her first role in the field: creating an alumni program for women at the very treatment center where she was once a client. This experience revealed her life’s purpose—creating connections through alumni support, a passion she continues to fulfill today as Vice President of Special Projects at HEAL Behavioral Health. Kim also firmly believes that “the client is the family, and the family is the client.” This philosophy led her to develop HEAL’s formalized Family Program, further strengthening her commitment to whole-family healing. In 2008, Kim founded Butterfly House, a pioneering women’s trauma program and one of the first eight FARR-Certified Recovery Residences.
Throughout her career, Kim has been guided by the wisdom of her mentors and served on many Boards. Kim credits her personal and professional growth—and her life—to a God of her understanding.
