Jon Gamble joined Gaudenzia in 2013 and currently serves as the Regional Clinical Director, Behavioral Health. In this role, he provides clinical leadership and oversight for a broad portfolio of behavioral health programs, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based services across Gaudenzia’s Central Pennsylvania region. Jon partners closely with program leadership and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen clinical practices, support staff development, and enhance treatment outcomes for individuals and families affected by substance use and co‑occurring disorders.
With more than 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field—and over 15 years in clinical and operational leadership—Jon has worked across multiple levels of residential care. His background includes extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families navigating substance use, mental health conditions, and complex co‑occurring needs.
Throughout his tenure at Gaudenzia, Jon has played a key role in shaping program quality and expanding access to comprehensive treatment options. He has overseen a variety of inpatient and residential programs, including services focused on substance use treatment, co‑occurring disorder care, medically monitored treatment, and withdrawal management.
Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Bloomsburg University (2005) and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University (2013).
