Emily Paul is a seasoned nonprofit executive with more than 15 years of experience advancing mission-driven organizations through strategic communications, advocacy, and philanthropy. As Gaudenzia’s Senior Director of Grants and Philanthropy, she provides strategic leadership across the organization’s development functions, including grants, major gifts, corporate partnerships, and donor engagement.
She has a proven record of strengthening organizational growth by building high-performing teams, cultivating cross-sector partnerships, and developing sustainable funding pipelines that align with strategic priorities. Prior to joining Gaudenzia, Emily held senior leadership roles as Director of Corporate Communications at AtlantiCare, Vice President of Communications and Development at CompleteCare Health Network, and President and CEO of the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce.
Emily holds a Master of Arts in mass communication from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in writing from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
