Re-Entry House

Substance use disorder (SUD) takes on many forms, from those who find themselves addicted to prescription pills, struggling with heroin or fentanyl addiction, or seeking help with excessive drinking.

Our Re-Entry House program is a halfway house for adult men with substance use and co-occurring disorders in Philadelphia County, PA, that provides stable residential housing services, including:

• Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment
• Individual and Group Counseling
• Trauma-Informed Care
• Culture-Informed Care
• Gender-Responsive Care
