Gaudenzia Lower Bucks will benefit from the recent July 22 announcement of $650,000 in grant funding awarded to improve care for survivors of an opioid overdose in Bucks County. This enables Gaudenzia Lower Bucks, who provides assessments 24/7, to receive more warm hand-offs of individuals seeking a way out of their opioid addiction throughout the night hours since the warm hand-off program (BCARES) at Lower Bucks Hospital will now be operating 24 hours.
