Upcoming Webinars
A free weekly webinar series designed to help families better understand addiction, strengthen communication, and support recovery—while also caring for themselves.
Week 1: Understanding Addiction: What’s Happening in the Brain
An easy-to-understand look at how substance use affects the brain and behavior. We’ll explore addiction as a health condition—not a moral failure—and introduce tools that support healing for the whole family.
Week 2: Families in the Middle: Navigating Love, Loss, and Recovery
Addiction can deeply impact relationships. This session explores common family dynamics, the urge to help or fix, and how to support recovery while also caring for yourself.
Week 3: Healthy Boundaries: Staying Connected Without Losing Yourself
Safeguard connections rather than create distance. Learn what boundaries really are, why they matter, and how to set them in ways that protect both your wellbeing and your relationships.
Week 4: Rethinking Codependency
What does “codependency” really mean—and is it the best way to describe what families experience? This session explores common relationship patterns and introduces more balanced, compassionate ways of showing care and support.
Week 5: The Power of Support: You Don’t Have to Do This Alone
Connection matters. Explore different types of peer and family support and how they can strengthen both recovery and your own wellbeing.
Week 6: Communicating Through Stress: Talking So People Can Hear You
Communication can either calm or escalate tough situations. This session focuses on skills that support clearer, kinder conversations—especially during stress. Participants will explore how to express needs, listen more effectively, and regulate emotions before engaging.
Week 7: Relapse & Resilience: Staying Steady When Things Feel Uncertain
Recovery is rarely a straight line. This session explores how families can recognize warning signs without panic, respond to challenges without spiraling, and stay grounded during uncertainty—all while building emotional resilience.
Week 8: Supporting Recovery Without Burning Out
How do you support recovery without losing yourself? This closing session focuses on practical ways to encourage positive change, manage triggers, and stay open to hope—while continuing your own growth and wellbeing.
