Dennis serves as the Regional Executive Director of the Central Region, where he oversees a portfolio of programs spanning all levels of care in Gaudenzia’s continuum. With progressive leadership experience across clinical and operational roles in human services, including substance use disorder and education, Dennis brings a proven ability to guide programs, empower staff, and uphold the highest standards of care while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. He also has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, with a strong track record in staff engagement, clinical operations, client safety, and culture-building.
He is known for his collaborative leadership style, focus on frontline support, and commitment to high-quality, trauma-informed care. Dennis provides strategic guidance, implements initiatives that enhance client outcomes, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. He is deeply passionate about recovery and helping individuals build the lives they deserve, grounded in the belief that compassion, dignity, and strong teams are essential to saving lives and achieving meaningful change.
Dennis holds a Master of Business Administration from Cabrini University, a Master of Education from West Chester University, and a bachelor’s from Temple University. His leadership is guided by a mission-driven philosophy focused on putting clients first and helping individuals with substance use and mental health disorders achieve long-lasting recovery and build healthier, fulfilling lives.
