Dr. Faith Gibson Hubbard is a seasoned public policy strategist, community organizer, and engagement expert. She is the CEO and Principal of FGH Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in enhancing organizational impact through storytelling, relationship-building, and strategic positioning. Dr. Gibson Hubbard has held leadership roles in public service, including Director of the Mayor’s Office of Community Affairs and Executive Director of Thrive by Five DC, where she led initiatives to improve perinatal health and early childhood development. She also served as the inaugural Chief Student Advocate for the District of Columbia, establishing the DC Office of the Student Advocate. 

Dr. Gibson Hubbard earned her PhD in Public Administration and Public Affairs from Virginia Tech, an MPA from Old Dominion University, and a BA in Journalism/Public Relations from Georgia State University. She is a proud resident of Washington, DC, and a dedicated advocate for equity and community empowerment.
