Mr. Pommernelle has over 25 years of global talent management experience, working in the USA, UK, Europe, Asia, and Africa. He coaches c-suite and senior executives across various industries. He consults and advises on organizational effectiveness, organization design, and change management.
Gavin has engaged with non-profits like Narcolepsy Network and Open Space Institute and served on the board of Volunteersquare.com. He founded Talent Driven Value LLC in 2012, is President and co-owner of Werq Leadership Services and an Adjunct Instructor at Cornell University.
Prior to consulting, Gavin was CHRO at Synovate, a London based global market research business and at Harte Hanks Inc. Earlier in his career he led the HR function for Pentland Brands PLC in London and Hong Kong after successfully completing quality and sales roles in his native South Africa. Gavin earned his MBA from Heriot Watt University and completed programs at USC (Strategic Organization Design) and Ashridge University (Leading Strategy & Change).
As an Executive Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation, he believes that everyone, especially successful leaders, can raise the bar on personal, team, and organizational-wide performance.
