Mr. Willette joined Gaudenzia in September 2024 and now serves as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing operations across all regions and service areas while continuing to direct key growth functions such as business development, communications, admissions, government relations, philanthropy, and grants. His dual focus ensures that Gaudenzia’s operational stability and growth strategy move forward hand in hand.
With more than twenty years of experience, Mr. Willette has held numerous leadership positions in the healthcare and insurance industries. Prior to Gaudenzia, he most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Recovery Centers of America. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at VNA Care, Health Care Operations Executive and Consultant at Sovikus Consulting Group, and Executive Director of Administration and Finance at Patient Funding Alternatives, LLC.
Mr. Willette earned his master’s degree in public administration from Clark University, a master’s degree in business administration from Anna Maria College, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Worcester State University.
