Vickie Davis Griffiths is the founder and CEO of Vickie helps, a private consulting organization specializing in interventions, case management, and cultural education. A highly regarded leader in the behavioral health and addiction recovery field, Vickie has extensive experience in community outreach, program development, and client advocacy. She has developed and authored curriculum to support recovery in diverse communities, with a particular focus on addressing the unique needs of Jewish individuals seeking recovery.
Vickie holds certifications in peer recovery supervision and is a nationally certified intervention professional. Her passion for empowering others has made her a trusted resource for individuals and organizations alike. Throughout her career, she has pioneered innovative solutions, provided cultural competency training, and dedicated herself to helping clients build strong foundations for long-term success.
Her work has been featured in Behavioral Health News (Fall 2012), where she authored “Building a Recovery Toolbox.” She also edited and contributed to the book Jewish Sisters in Sobriety (JBFCS/Jewish Women’s Foundation, 2007). Vickie has appeared on the OASAS Learning Thursday Webinar to discuss Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) and on Independent Sources for CUNY-TV, where she explored issues surrounding women and addiction. She is currently co-authoring a daily reading book that uses humor to bring joy and positivity to each day.
For over 20 years, Vickie has served the recovery community in numerous impactful ways. Among her most meaningful initiatives is partnering with Men’s Wearhouse to provide business attire for individuals in recovery, helping them sustain and secure employment.
