Jeffrey Shaw has over 35 years of experience working with justice-involved populations. He has held multiple supervisory positions within the criminal justice system, including a 6-year tenure as the Director of the Adult Probation Department of Erie County, PA.
Mr. Shaw has extensive experience managing criminal justice and behavioral healthcare professionals, overseeing financial operations, and implementing policies and special projects within the behavioral healthcare field.
He joined the Gaudenzia, Inc. Board of Directors in 2020 and is a Board Member at Safe Harbor Behavioral Health of UPMC Hamot, as well as the Erie County Office of Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities. He also acts as an Advisory Board Member at Esper Treatment Center.
Mr. Shaw holds a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania.
