It can seem impossible to quit an addiction, but there’s always a way out. With an evidence-based, person-centered treatment model and a purpose-driven team, Gaudenzia helps individuals achieve long-term recovery every day. Gaudenzia Crossroads is an Erie County substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders treatment facility that begins with a comprehensive assessment to create an individualized treatment plan for each client. We provide:

  • Detox and/or Withdrawal Management
  • Medically Monitored Residential Treatment for Medically Complex Clients
  • High-Intensity Residential SUD Treatment
  • Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment
  • Individual Therapy, Group Counseling, and Family Therapy

Our treatment services include a strong focus on substance use disorders and developing essential coping skills for long-term recovery. While we provide residential treatment programs at our Erie County facility, we can also refer clients to Gaudenzia Erie Outpatient for continuing outpatient services as part of their recovery journey.

Whether you’re seeking addiction treatment programs for yourself or a loved one, you’re in the right place. Our treatment team provides comprehensive care through experienced addiction specialists, behavioral health services, and medication management, including Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) and Medications for Alcohol Use Disorder (MAUD) to support your recovery journey.
