Services at Gaudenzia Common Ground

We provide evidence-based, person-centered treatment for individuals living with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We design our programs to address each client’s medical, emotional, and behavioral health needs in a safe, structured, and compassionate environment. By incorporating trauma-informed, culture-informed, and gender-responsive care, we ensure our services meet the diverse needs of the Dauphin County community.

Our services include:

  • Detox and/or Withdrawal Management with medical oversight to ensure safety and comfort during stabilization
  • High-Intensity Residential SUD Treatment offering 24/7 structured care for individuals requiring intensive support
  • Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment to address both substance use and mental health conditions through integrated care
  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) combining FDA-approved medications with counseling to support recovery from opioid and alcohol use disorders
  • Individual and Group Counseling to build coping strategies, resilience, and supportive peer connections

By offering a continuum of evidence-based services, Gaudenzia Common Ground helps individuals stabilize, heal, and build the foundation for lasting recovery while strengthening families and communities throughout Dauphin County.
