Services at Gaudenzia Park Heights

We provide comprehensive, evidence-based treatment and behavioral health services for individuals and families in Baltimore City. Our programs are designed to address substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and urgent crises in a safe, structured, and compassionate environment. We incorporate trauma-informed, culture-informed, and person-centered care to meet the unique needs of our diverse community.

Our services include:

  • Crisis Stabilization through the W.A.R.M.S. Program offering 24/7 walk-in support, including assessments, MAT induction, medication management, and care coordination
  • Detox and Withdrawal Management to ensure safety and comfort during stabilization
  • Inpatient and Outpatient SUD Treatment, including Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) programs for flexible levels of care
  • Women’s Residential and Halfway House Programs provide structured treatment and recovery support
  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) combines FDA-approved medications with counseling for opioid and alcohol use disorders
  • Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Mental Health Services to address co-occurring conditions and provide ongoing support
  • Individual and Group Counseling focused on relapse prevention, coping skills, and peer support
  • Community-Based Services for Veterans and Families to ensure care is accessible and inclusive
