Mr. Hilton joined Gaudenzia in a contractor capacity and as an HR leader in March 2020 and was promoted to Chief People Officer in August 2020. In his current role, he oversees the Human Resources function for the entire organization.
Prior to joining Gaudenzia, Mr. Hilton was Chief Human Resources Officer at GeoBlue in King of Prussia, PA. He began his HR career in the late 1980s as a Benefits Specialist for Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago IL. Soon after, he assumed increased HR leadership roles at Underwriter’s Laboratories, ADP, Amazon, Ericsson, and Inframark. Mr. Hilton served on the Board of Directors for 3 years at The Philadelphia Society for People and Strategy and continues as chair of their Mentoring Program.
Mr. Hilton received a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago. He also received his Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2002.
