Ms. Ernst joined Gaudenzia in 2021 as the Chief Impact Officer. In this role, she oversees branding, marketing, communications, and the growth of Gaudenzia’s reputation in the communities we serve.
Prior to joining Gaudenzia, Ms. Ernst held executive positions focusing on business development, strategic operations, marketing, and branding for some of the largest national networks of programs that focus on addiction and behavioral health treatment in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
Ms. Ernst’s southern roots can be heard in her accent, but she moved to the Philadelphia area in 2017 and has found a home with a true variety of seasons. In her downtime, she enjoys running, pottery, reading, volunteering with the Community Corps of Delaware County, and watching her son play rugby while her husband coaches.
Why I Work at Gaudenzia:
For most of my career, I have been connecting people to things they need to improve their quality of life, but rarely had a broad reach. There are so many people in need. At Gaudenzia, we welcome anyone into treatment with us, regardless of their ability to pay. I want to continue to reduce the barriers to people getting treatment — no one should be seeking help and not getting it. Asking for help is too hard. That call should never go unanswered. That is why we are here, to answer the call.
