Mr. Chaban is the Chief of Corporate Finance and reports directly to the President/CEO and is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, which includes the development of financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
He is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and collaborates with other Executive Team members as well as the Board of Directors to guide the agency through the rapidly changing environment.
As the Chief of Corporate Finance, he makes recommendations and institutes policies and practices to ensure the long-term financial viability, reliability, and integrity of the organization. Mr. Chaban contributes to the development of organization-wide plans and strategies and ensures fiscal achievement of the goals for Gaudenzia, Inc., Gaudenzia Foundation Inc., and related entities. He ensures fiscal functions comply with contractual obligations and applicable laws and regulations to ensures that such functions properly support and service the Gaudenzia fiscal policies. Mr. Chaban has over 30 years of non-profit financial management leadership experience.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Master of Science in Taxation Degree (MST) both from Philadelphia University.
