Beginning March 30th, Gaudenzia is Offering MAT in Central Region Programs

Gaudenzia Inc. announces plans to offer Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders in six of the Central Region programs (listed) starting March 30th, 2020.
Gaudenzia’s MAT offerings are highly personalized and paired with individualized therapy. Upon entering Gaudenzia’s program, each participant is educated about the options MAT offers. They then receive a thorough assessment and examination to assess appropriate medication based on participant choice and medical diagnosis. Comprehensive details about past treatment attempts will be considered. Our partner physicians can prescribe Naltrexone and Buprenorphine.
In addition, Gaudenzia’s continuum of care treats the broader spectrum of mental illness and disorders, including depression, anxiety, trauma and other issues that frequently accompany substance use disorders.
Anyone with opioid use disorder is appropriate for a Buprenorphine and Naltrexone consultation. Anyone with alcohol use disorder is appropriate for Naltrexone consultation.
Gaudenzia programs offer a range of services: adult and adolescent outpatient, women’s and children’s services, HIV/Aids support, residential services, and housing.
All Gaudenzia outpatient programs are able to provide services for clients enrolled in MAT.
