Clay Cauley, Sr., Esquire

General Counsel

With more than 17 years of experience as an attorney, Mr. Cauley is an advanced litigator and is currently licensed both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In addition to his experience as an advanced litigator, he specializes in business development, strategic business planning, child welfare, and government relations. Likewise, Mr. Cauley brings expertise in the fields of performance improvement, HIPAA and Privacy, dispute resolution as well as talent acquisition. Also, Mr. Cauley teaches trial advocacy to high school students who are selected through the National Bar Association to participate in the Crump Law Program.

Before coming to Gaudenzia, He served as the Chair of the Social Services Group for the Law Department of the City of Philadelphia. Prior to that, he was a Hearing Officer for Family Court Administration both in West Chester and Philadelphia. Mr. Cauley graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from West Chester University in 1996 and later earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Howard University’s School of Law in 2003.

A married father of two, Mr. Cauley enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and running when he is not at work.
