Gaudenzia Names New Eastern Region Director

Michael D. Link, M.C.J. has been selected to serve as the Eastern Region Director for Gaudenzia Inc. Gaudenzia is the largest non-profit drug and alcohol treatment provider in the state of Pennsylvania. Mr. Link brings with him a wealth of experience in the health and human services field, with intense concentration in the area of treatment for the addicted offender.

Most recently Michael Link served as Chief of the Division of Treatment and Planning for the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services. In that capacity, among other duties, he was also responsible for developing policies and procedures addressing alcohol and drug treatment services for the department throughout the state.

A nationally recognized expert in the area of treatment for the substance-abusing offender, Michael Link has proven expertise in the areas of systems planning, coordination and program management. Mr. Link also serves as a national consultant to several organizations specializing in the development of substance abuse and criminal justice programs in correctional and community settings.
