assurance of all pertinent medical information.
Education/Experience: Registered or Licensed Practical nurse. Knowledge
of chemically dependent population preferred.

Director
Responsibilities: Oversight of an entire program; consisting of one or
more treatment components. Position requires planning, developing, implementing
and evaluating the operation of the program and staff under their direction.
Appropriate individual will supervise quality of services offered in the
program to insure that services are consistent with the needs of each
individual. Duties include developing goals and objectives for their specific
program; planning and implementing treatment, staff training, supervising
and evaluating staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Education and Training: Degree from an accredited college with a major
in: medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling,
public administration, business management, nursing (with specialty in
nursing/health administration) plus specialized training in a relevant
area, e.g. women and children, HIV/AIDS, mental health, criminal justice,
adolescents, etc.
Education/Experience: Master's Degree: 2 years experience
Bachelor's Degree: 3 years experience
Associates Degree: Four years experience
Note: Experience in a human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol
setting with at least one year supervisory, direct service and program
planning experience.
Sobriety: If recovering, must have at least two (2) years of continuous
sobriety and maintain sobriety throughout employment.

in one or more program(s).

person may handle an independent case load and assist other personnel
by ensuring proper referral of clients to all appropriate services available
and necessary to them. Duties include providing intake / assessment services
to clients, making reports, preparing treatment plans and keeping necessary
records, maintaining responsibility for the activities of one or more
groups of clients and assisting other staff in the performance of varied
work duties such as referrals and aftercare planning.

Managers: Bachelor's degree in generally recognized clinical discipline
plus specialized training for a specific population or full certification
as an addictions counselor. Minimum of one year of chemical dependency
counseling or social work experience needed.
Social Workers: MSW plus 3 years of social work experience, preferably
working with the chemically challenged.
