Counselor
Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of clients which includes treatment planning, individual and group counseling, facilitate morning meetings, seminars, sessions, family sessions, admission interviews. Provide service documentation in accordance with licensing, funding and contract requirements. Knowledge of PCPC, managed care necessary.

Counselor 1 (Degree/Experience)
Master's Degree: Practicum/Internship
Bachelor's Degree: One Year Experience
Associate's Degree: Two Years Experience
CAC: Three Years Experience

Counselor 2 (Degree/Experience)
Master's Degree: One Year Experience

House Manager
Responsibilities: Provide transportation by use of agency vehicle and act as escort for clients attending medical, legal, and court appointments. Ensure security and safety of clients, monitor daily schedule, coordinate and oversee client activity, etc.

Education Experience: Must have High School diploma or GED and valid driver's license. Understanding of chemically dependent individuals and twelve step programs helpful.

Nurse (LPN & RN)
Responsibilities: This individual is responsible for assisting with initial physical examinations prior to comprehensive medical intake for all incoming clients. Arrangement of all physician's visits, inoculations, lab tests / x-rays and the dispensing of all medications. Coordination of all medical and dental trips and the assurance of all pertinent medical information.

Education/Experience: Registered or Licensed Practical nurse. Knowledge of chemically dependent population preferred.

Specialist: (Intake / Aftercare / Childcare / Prevention)
Responsibilities: Conduct intake interviews with potential clients to ensure appropriateness for treatment in our programs. Coordinate and schedule admissions with referring agencies. Ensure funding approval for all clients prior to and upon admission to treatment. Manage a caseload of clients in aftercare phase of treatment. Provide service documentation in accordance with licensing, funding and contract requirements. Knowledge of PCPC and managed care necessary.

Education/Experience:
Master's Degree: Practicum / Internship
Bachelor's Degree: One year experience
Associate's Degree: Two years experience

Clinical Supervisor/Program Supervisor
Responsibilities: Supervise the clinical staff and/or Program Staff ensure that treatment services are provided and documented according to licensing regulations and contract standards.
Education/Experience:Master's Degree: Two years experience
Bachelor's Degree: Three years experience
Associates Degree: Four years experience
CAC: Four years experience

Note: Must have relevant degree plus specialized training in supervision or a required area such as adolescents, family, women, MH, criminal justice, etc. All experience must be clinical in a health or human services agency, which includes one year of working with chemically dependant, plus 2 years of supervisory experience.

Administrative Assistant/Administrative Coordinator (Various Levels)
Responsibilities: Handle multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Duties include billing, maintenance of client records, typing, compiling reports and statistical data, petty cash maintenance, filing and other clerical responsibilities.

Education/Experience: Associates degree in business field or diploma plus two years office experience.

Program Director
Responsibilities: Oversight of an entire program; consisting of one or more treatment components. Position requires planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the operation of the program and staff under their direction. Appropriate individual will supervise quality of services offered in the program to insure that services are consistent with the needs of each individual. Duties include developing goals and objectives for their specific program; planning and implementing treatment, staff training, supervising and evaluating staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Education and Training: Degree from an accredited college with a major in: medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, public administration, business management, nursing (with specialty in nursing/health administration) plus specialized training in a relevant area, e.g. women and children, HIV/AIDS, mental health, criminal justice, adolescents, etc.

Education/Experience: Master's Degree: 2 years experience
Bachelor's Degree: 3 years experience
Associates Degree: Four years experience

Note: Experience in a human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting with at least one year supervisory, direct service and program planning experience.

Sobriety: If recovering, must have at least two (2) years of continuous sobriety and maintain sobriety throughout employment.

Case Managers/Social Workers
Responsibilities: Appropriate individual will provide case management services to clients in one or more program(s).

Services will include: Education, Vocation, Aftercare, Medical Care, Prevention, Intake.
This person may handle an independent case load and assist other personnel by ensuring proper referral of clients to all appropriate services available and necessary to them. Duties include providing intake / assessment services to clients, making reports, preparing treatment plans and keeping necessary records, maintaining responsibility for the activities of one or more groups of clients and assisting other staff in the performance of varied work duties such as referrals and aftercare planning.

Education Experience:
Case Managers: Bachelor's degree in generally recognized clinical discipline plus specialized training for a specific population or full certification as an addictions counselor. Minimum of one year of chemical dependency counseling or social work experience needed.

Social Workers: MSW plus 3 years of social work experience, preferably working with the chemically challenged.
