On September 30, a bold, new awareness event about recovery and treatment was introduced in Baltimore. Over the Edge for Recovery was the first rappelling event in that region. Over 70 participants descended 23 stories down the side of Silo Point Luxury Condominiums. Local stations provided live broadcasts of the drops.
