PROGRAM
DESCRIPTION:
The primary goal of Recovery House is to foster personal growth in
a continuum of care that supports an individual’s program of
recovery from chemical dependency. This is accomplished with the guidance
and support of a community of peers, each contributing to the personal
growth of self and others. All participants maintain a relapse prevention
plan and build support systems which will enhance the recovery process.
An emphasis is placed on integration within the community. The Recovery
House is a supervised drug-free home operating 24 hours a day according
to the Coordinating Office of Drug and Alcohol Programs (CODAAP) Housing
Initiatives.
