PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Progress House is a moderate care Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) program. It is housed in five apartments, one serves as an office and the other four are client residences. All of the apartments are located in an apartment complex known as the Tarlton House. Progress House serves dually diagnosed clients (substance abusing and mentally ill). The housing units provide semi-independent living for clients who complete one of Gaudenzia’s other mental health programs. The residential programs are supervised 24 hours a day and intensive mental health and drug and alcohol rehabilitation services are provided.

LENGTH OF TREATMENT:
30 day minimum residential stay
Recommendation for apartment living following intensive supervision

CRITERIA FOR ADMISSIONS:
Dually diagnosed
Resident of Philadelphia
Adults between the ages of 18 and 65

SERVICES OFFERED:

Liaison with MH/MR Caseworker
Individualized Residential Service Plans

FUNDING:
Philadelphia Office of MH/MR
Residents are charged a monthly fee based upon their income
