CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION:

Some individuals are stipulated by the courts to attend the program while others elect to be voluntarily evaluated by Northumberland County Drug and Alcohol Program for placement into the program.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTON:

Gaudenzia at Sunbury contracts with the Northumberland County Drug and Alcohol Program to provide drug and alcohol education and treatment within the county prison.  This is inclusive or individual, intensive groups, group counseling, and education services.  These services are provided to men as well as individuals involved in a work release program.  Sunbury is currently providing intervention services to the women incarcerated in the county prison.
