Criteria for Admission:
- Every person will undergo a comprehensive clinical assessment conducted by qualified staff to determine level of care needs.
- Individuals with psychiatric history or evidence of psychotic behavior may be referred for psychiatric evaluation prior to admission.
- Access to detox services and/or residential placement can be facilitated by the assessment unit in coordination with the person’s funding source.

Program Description:
Gaudenzia’s Montgomery County Outpatient offers assessment and substance abuse treatment services to address the needs of chemically dependent adults and adolescents in Montgomery County. We provide several outreach services within the community of Montgomery County. Emphasis is placed on personal responsibility, the improvement of life skills and the development of a support system through 12-step programs such as AA ad NA. The clinical staff works closely with other community and human services agencies to provide a comprehensive network of services for the clients.
