Criteria for Admission:
- A drug and alcohol evaluation is completed utilizing assessment protocol approved by public and private funding sources.
- Adults ages 18 years and older
- Adolescents ages 13 – 18

Program Description:
Gaudenzia at Middleburg addresses the needs of substance abusing adolescents and adults. The outpatient office is accessible by public transportation and serves Snyder, Union, Columbia, Montour counties and surrounding areas. Evaluations are conducted by a counselor to determine the appropriate level of care that will best meet the client’s needs. A strong emphasis is placed on responsibility, stability, improved life skills, and the development of a comprehensive support system through AA and/or NA.
