PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Concept 90 provides moderate long term residential drug and alcohol treatment
programs for men and women. Concept 90 is a Therapeutic Community (TC)
which develops the resident’s capacity to maintain a productive
and substance-free lifestyle through positive alternative coping techniques.
The programs combine therapeutic, educational motivational methods to
foster the rehabilitative process.
All clients that have
not obtain3d their high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
(GED) are required to attend daily education classes. A teacher assess
a client’s educational needs, develops and education plan and provides
remedial instruction in preparation for GED testing. Bilingual materials
are also available.
