Program Description:
Individuals that are admitted into the outpatient program will be in an empowering environment free of language and cultural barriers. All clients are treated with respect and dignity regardless of how advanced their addiction(s) may be.

The outpatient program offers a continuum of care for individuals having completed inpatient treatment programs. This step down level provides structure and support as individuals continue in their recovery process. Each client is seen at a minimum of twice a week for individual and group counseling. Gender specific groups provide an environment for men and women to discuss sensitive matters that cannot be done in a co-ed group. Gaudenzia recognizes the important role families have in the recovery process. Family participation is highly recommended and encouraged.

Convenient public transportation is available as well as scheduling flexibility to assist in maintaining consistent treatment attendance.

Clients are referred to community resources and supports within the appropriate culture and language.
