Intern Opportunities at Gaudenzia

Gaudenzia believes that the involvement of interns can enhance its programming, help the agency carry out its mission, and assist in the guidance and advancement of the organization. They bring a sense of dedication, commitment and an outside perspective that compliments the clinical treatment program and enhances the management capability of the organization. Additionally the utilization of interns demonstrates the concepts of altruism, civic duty, and the value of higher education.

All interns will receive an orientation to Gaudenzia which includes facility rules, safety and security, and operational procedures. The supervisor of the intern will develop an orientation training plan and will outline of Roles & Responsibilities of each intern. All interns who will have ongoing contact with clients must undergo a criminal background investigation and child abuse clearance prior to engagement with Gaudenzia.
